A meeting with the regional manager of the DAAD
A meeting was held with Gebhahrd Reul, regional director of DAAD, at Western Caspian University. During the meeting, cooperation at different levels of education and scientific research were discussed.
The organisation of summer schools at the Western Caspian University, the participation of students in DAAD programmes, as well as the participation of German students in Azerbaijani and Russian language courses were discussed as part of the cooperation.
DAAD is an academic exchange programme which offers students the opportunity to study in Germany on a scholarship. DAAD is also known as the Association of German Universities and Students.
