Personnel training will be carried out within the framework of a dual diploma program with the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany. Students admitted to the program will study at the Western Caspian University in the I, II and IV academic years, and at the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany in the III academic year. The tuition fee for students admitted on a paid basis is 2800 manat. Living and other expenses during the study period are covered by the students own funds.
