Adila  Asadova

Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Associate Professor, Dean of the School of Philology and Translation

Adila Yagub qizi Asadova was born on February 17, 1972, in Baku. In 1988, she graduated from Secondary School No. 54 named after Abdulla Shaig in the Nasimi district of Baku. The same year, she was admitted to the Faculty of Philology (Azerbaijani Language and Literature) at Baku State University and graduated in 1993. In 1993, she began working as a part-time Azerbaijani language teacher at the College of High Diplomacy and, in 1994, started as an instructor in the Information and Publishing Department of the Red Crescent Societys Baku Regional Center. Since 1999, she has held various positions at Western Caspian University, including lecturer, senior lecturer, head of department, and dean. In 2008, she earned her PhD in Philology, and in 2010, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She currently serves as the Dean of the School of Philology and Translation at Western Caspian University. In 1982, she graduated from Secondary School No. 251 in Baku with a gold medal. The same year, she was admitted to the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Baku State University and graduated with honors in 1987. In 1990, she was admitted to the full-time postgraduate program at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. She successfully defended her PhD dissertation in 1995. During her postgraduate studies, she also began her academic teaching career. From 1990 to 1995, she worked at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (now Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University) in the Department of Higher Mathematics. Since 1996, she has been working at Western Caspian University in the Department of Economics, Marketing, and Management. She has consistently participated in international projects and has gained international professional experience by working at Nottingham Trent University (UK), Indiana and Kansas Universities (USA), and Bilgi University (Turkey). She has been awarded numerous international diplomas and certificates. Afaq Hasanova is the author of several scientific works, articles, and teaching materials. Natig Sarhad Mirzayev was born on August 25, 1971, in the village of Girdani, Lankaran district. In 1988, he graduated from Girdani Village Secondary School and was admitted to the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A.Timiryazev, specializing in the “Economics, organization and management of the Agro-Industrial Complex”. He graduated from the higher education institution in 1994 with a degree in economist-organizer. Since 1995, he has held various positions at Lankaran State University. In 2015, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic “Increasing the Role of Entrepreneurial Entities in the Development of Grain Production” and was awarded the scientific degree PhD in Economics. In 2018, he earned the academic title of Associate Professor. Since 2024, he has been an Honorary Professor at Urgench RANCH Technology University (Uzbekistan). Currently, he is working on his doctoral dissertation titled “Directions for Increasing the Economic Efficiency and Social Responsibility of Entrepreneurship in the Agrarian Sector.” He is the author of 5 monographs, 1 textbook, 2 teaching aids, 2 methodological manuals, 11 course programs, and 138 articles and theses. His articles have been published in scientific journals in Poland, Russia, Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. Many of his articles have been published in SCOPUS and Web of Science (WOS) indexed journals. He is a member of the editorial boards of several international scientific journals, including “Baltic Surveying” jointly established by universities in Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania; the International Journal of Advances in Business and Management Research (IJABMR) established by the Swami Vivekananda Global Academy (India); the International Journal on Recent Trends in Business and Tourism (IJRTBT) established by Lincoln University College (Malaysia); the journal “Вестник Самарского государственного экономического университета” of Samara State University of Economics (Russian Federation); and “Аграрні інновації” of the Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Leyla  Efendiyeva

Leyla Vazehi Efendiyeva was born on August 8, 1990, in Baku, Azerbaijan. She began her education in 1996 at Secondary School No. 210 in Baku and graduated in 2007. In 2008, she was admitted to the Bachelors degree program in the Faculty of Architectural Design at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Carpet Design. She continued her education at the Masters level in 2012 in the field of Restoration and Expertise of Decorative and Applied Artworks. She graduated with distinction from both programs, earning two Red Diplomas of Excellence. My Activities 2010 – I became a member of the Azerbaijan Carpet Makers Public Union, the only non-governmental organization from Azerbaijan represented at UNESCO. I am a professional carpet artist and also create miniature carpets in the Eastern illustration style. 2013 – I became a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. 2020 – I joined the Azerbaijan Watercolor Society (IWS Azerbaijan). From 1971 to 1990, she worked as a laboratory assistant, engineer, senior engineer at the Computing Center of Baku State University, from 1990 to 1997, she was a teacher, senior teacher at the Azerbaijan Higher College of Applied Sciences, and since 1997, she has been a senior teacher and associate professor at the Department of Information Technologies and Machines of the Western Caspian University. In 2007, she defended his candidate dissertation on the topic “Ways of teaching Informatics related to mathematics and physics” and received the scientific title of Doctor of Philosophy in pedagogy. Since 2011, she has been working as the head of the Department of Information Technologies and Machines of the Western Caspian University. Education and Professional Experience: Durdana Rustamova was born on January 15, 1963, in the village of Qilishli, Kelbajar district. She received her secondary education at Qilishli village school from 1970 to 1980. From 1981 to 1986, she studied Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Azerbaijan Technical University and earned her degree as an electrical engineer. From 1986 to 2004, she worked as a technologist and adjustment engineer at the “Neftqazavtomat” experimental plant in Baku city. Between 2004 and 2010, she served as a senior lecturer at Azerbaijan International University. From 2010 to 2020, she worked as a lecturer at the Academies of the State Border Service and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In 2010, she was a postgraduate student at the Radiation Problems Institute. In 2016, she successfully defended her dissertation on "The effect of magnetic field and γ-radiation on the electroactive properties of polymer composites," earning the degree of PhD in Physics. Since 2020, she has been serving as Deputy Dean of the School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering at West Caspian University. Since 2021, she has been the head of the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics at West Caspian University. She is the author of 39 scientific articles, textbooks, and course programs.

Ayaz  Mammadov

Mammadov Ayaz Mammad was born on January 16, 1978 Zod village of Basarkechar region of Western Azerbaijan. In 1995, he graduated from secondary school No. 244 of Baku city. In 1995-1999, he received a bachelors degree from the Faculty of Zooengineering of the Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy, and in 1999-2001, he received a masters degree in the same specialty. In 2003, he entered the postgraduate course in genetics at the Institute of Genetic Resources of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. In 2010, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Currently, he is working on his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Sciences. He has participated in international conferences, seminars and symposiums in more than 15 countries. A. Mammadov worked as a junior research fellow at the Institute of Genetic Resources of ANAS in 2003-2006, as a leading consultant at the Ministry of Agriculture in 2006-2007, as a specialist and director of the center at the Information and Consulting Center of the State Agency for Agricultural Credits of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2007-2011, as a specialist in the food and agricultural laboratory of the State Agency for Standardization and Patents in 2011-2013, and as a department head at the Institute of Genetic Resources of ANAS in 2013-2022. He has published about 60 scientific articles and theses. He has been working at Western Caspian University since 2018.

Education and Professional Experience: She was born in Baku in 1969. She graduated from School No. 1 specializing in English. In 1987, she was admitted to the Azerbaijan University of Languages, majoring in English Language and Literature Teaching, and graduated in 1992. From 1992 to 1996, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of English Lexicology at the same university. From 2007 to 2017, she worked as a senior lecturer at Western Caspian University. Since 2017, she has been serving as an associate professor and the head of the Department of English and Translation. Starting from September 2024, she has been working as the Director of the English Language Center. Mustafayeva Gülnisə Əlisəfa qızı was born on June 14, 1959, in the city of Sumqayit. In 1976, she graduated from Secondary School No. 225. In the same year, she was admitted to the Faculty of Commodity Science at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bünyadzade and graduated with honors in 1980.From 1980 to 1985, she worked as a methodologist at the Scientific and Methodological Office of Azərittifaq. From 1985 to 1991, she was a teacher at the Baku Trade Technical School. In 1994, she held the position of assistant to the rector at the Azerbaijan Cooperation Institute. From 1994 to 2012, she worked as a senior lecturer.In 2009, she defended her PhD dissertation at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and earned the scientific degree of PhD in Economics. From 2012 to 2023, she served as the head of the Department of Marketing and Tourism at AKU (Azerbaijan Cooperation University).In 2019, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2023, she has been an associate professor at the Department of Tourism and Regional Economy at Western Caspian University. Gulsara Vahid qizi Aghayeva was born in 1990 in Baku. In 2008, she graduated from Secondary School No. 82. That same year, she was admitted to the Faculty of Translation (English-Azerbaijani) at Azerbaijan University of Languages, and graduated in 2012. In the same year, she was admitted to the masters program in Translation (English-Azerbaijani) at Baku Slavic University and completed it with distinction in 2014. In 2013, she began working as a translator at the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. Later, she held the position of senior specialist in the “Scientific Information and Translation” department. In 2018, at her own request, she resigned from her position and began working as a translator at the “Report” Information Agency. In 2021, again at her own request, she left that position and started working as a translator at the “APA” Information Agency. In 2023, she began teaching as a part-time instructor at the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology at Azerbaijan University of Languages. She is currently working as head and lecturer of the Departments of English Language and Translation, as well as English Language and Literature at Western Caspian University. Fields of Academic Activity: Genetics Biochemistry Physiology Education and Professional Background: Saltanat Arshad gizi Aghayeva was born on January 1, 1972, in the Gubadli region of Azerbaijan. She received her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University between 1989 and 1994. From 2007 to 2010, she pursued her doctoral studies at the Institute of Physiology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). In 2012, she defended her dissertation titled "The effect of electromagnetic waves on the activity of the monoaminergic system in brain structures" and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology. From 2007 to 2016, Dr. Aghayeva worked as a research scientist at the Institute of Physiology of ANAS. Between 2016 and 2024, she served as a leading researcher at the Department of Biochemical Genetics and Genomics at the Institute of Genetic Resources. Concurrently, from 2003 to 2021, she held the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Teaching Methodology of Natural Sciences at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical College under the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, as well as at the Guba branch of the university. Since 2019, she has been serving as lecturer at the Department of Natural Sciences of Western Caspian University. From April to October 2022, she held the position of Head of the Life Sciences Department at Khazar University. By the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the field of Biology, specializing in Genetics. Currently, Dr. Aghayeva is an Associate Professor at the Department of Natural Sciences of the School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering at Western Caspian University. She is the author of 1 textbook, more than 80 scientific articles, and several subject curricula.

Since 2000, he has been working as a research assistant in the "Experimental Psychology" scientific research laboratory of BSU, and since 2008 as a senior research assistant. He is working on scientific research on the topic of education and personality, self-awareness and self-realization of personality. He has participated in various international scientific and practical conferences. He is the author of 3 books and 53 scientific articles. From 2006 to the present, he is the scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council on Psychological Sciences. Graduated with honors in 1982 from the Azerbaijan State Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade, majoring in Finance and Credit. From 1985 to 1988, pursued full-time postgraduate studies in the same field at the Azerbaijan State Institute of National Economy. In 1988, defended a candidate dissertation on the topic "State Insurance in the Agro-Industrial Complex System" in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) in the specialty of Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit. In 1989, was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. Began pedagogical activity in 1989 as an assistant at the “Finance” Department of the Baku Branch of the Leningrad Finance and Economics University named after N.A. Voznesensky, by appointment of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Later held the positions of lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the Department of Finance of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). In 2010, defended a doctoral dissertation titled "Management of Insurance Resources in the Process of Formation of the National Insurance Market in Azerbaijan." In 2011, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in 2017 received the academic title of Professor. He is the author of the first insurance textbook written in the Azerbaijani language. Multimedia lectures on the subject “Insurance” by N. Khudiyev can be found in the Insurance course section of www.edu.cbar.az. L.A. Senanın rəhbərliyi altında Fiziki elektronika sahəsində tədqiqatlar aparıb. Bu istiqamətdə aldığı elmi nəticələr 40 ildir ki, müntəzəm olaraq böyük elmi-texniki layihələrin həllində (ion mühərriklərində və termonüvə reaktorlarında) geniş tətbiq olunduğundan mütəxəssislərə yaxşı məlumdur. Xüsusilə ABŞ–ın kosmik tədqiqatlar üzrə baş idarəsi NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) və AİAA (Amerika Aeronavtika və Astronavtika İnstitut) əməkdaşları kosmik gəmilər üçün ion mühərrikləri hazırlanmasında bu işlərdən geniş istifadə edirlər. Ş. Əsgərovun Azərbaycanda əsasını qoyduğu ikinci elmi istiqamət fiziki elektronika və mikroelektronikaya aid olan metal – yarımkeçirici kontaktının (MYK) öyrənilməsidir. 1974 –cü ildə Danimarkanın Texniki Universitetində bir illik staj keçmədə olarkən katod tozlanması sahəsində əldə etdiyi nəticələri metal – yarımkeçirici kontaktına tətbiq etmiş və kontakt üçün qeyri- bircins model təklif etmişdi. A member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), where she was elected into the boards of some international committees; a member of The International Association of Word and Music Studies (WMA); a member of The Composers’ Union of Azerbaijan. She has initiated and organized several international conferences. PhD in History, Honored Teacher of the Republic

Maleyka Alizada was born in the city of Ganja, where she also completed her secondary education. She graduated from the Faculty of History at Baku State University (BSU). She was a doctoral candidate at BSU’s Faculty of History and successfully defended her dissertation titled "Sources for Studying the Genocide Against the Turkic-Muslim Population in 1918–1920." She has worked at the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University as a lecturer, senior lecturer, and head of department. She also served as the Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Shamkir and held the positions of Deputy Head of Shamkir District Executive Authority for Humanitarian Affairs and Head of the Public and Political Department. Since 2024, she has been the Head of the Department of History and a lecturer at the School of Political and Social Sciences at Western Caspian University. She is the author of 46 scientific articles and 11 methodological guidelines and syllabi. She has presented at both international and national conferences, and her articles have been published in scientific journals in Azerbaijan and abroad. In 2022, she organized the "Shusha" panel with the participation of nine Azerbaijani scholars at the 6th Turkology Congress held at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Maleyka Alizada is also a public figure. She has led 48 international and local projects and participated in 8 exchange programs. She acts as a national advisor in international projects. She is the author of 4 policy papers, 3 manuals, and 3 research studies.

Esmira Nariman gizi Ahmadova was born in 1964 in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan. She studied at school No. 53 in Baku from 1971 to 1981, graduating with a gold medal. From 1981 to 1986 she was a student at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the Azerbaijan State University (now BSU), where she graduated with honors. In 1990 to 1994, she worked as an engineer-programmer at the Automated Control Systems (AIS) Department of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). In 1994-1997, she worked as a computer science teacher at the Technical and Humanitarian Sciences Lyceum No. 2 named after H. Mahmudbeyov. In 2001-2012, she worked as a senior research fellow at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, and taught various subjects at the Center for Educational Innovation of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS. In 2003-2008, she was a doctoral student at the Department of Functional Analysis at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences. In 2008, under the supervision of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor H.M.Huseynov, she defended his candidates dissertation on the topic "Direct and Inverse Problems of Spectral Analysis for the Sturm-Liouville Operator with Discontinuous Coefficients" and received the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics. In 2012-2016, she worked as a mathematician at “Infospace” LLC. Since 2016, she has been working at the Western Caspian University, where he is an associate professor of the Department of "Information Technologies". She is the author of about 40 scientific and methodological works.

Rasim Heydərov Arif – Rasim Arif oğlu Heydərov was born on July 14, 1978, in the village of Şağlaser, Lankaran district.    Rauf Mammadov was born on February 6, 1968, in the city of Ganja.   From 1984 to 1991, he studied at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Turkology, at Baku State University. In 1991, he received a degree as a teacher of Turkish-Azerbaijani language and literature (Turkologist). From 1996 to 2000, he pursued doctoral studies at the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and defended his dissertation on “Philosophical Aspects of Zoroastrianism,” earning the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences (PhD in Philosophy).   In 2018, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor by the Higher Attestation Commission. In 2019, he received the title of Associate Professor in the specialty of the History of Philosophy.    He has worked in the field of higher education and academic research for over 30 years. During this time, he has contributed to the development of academic knowledge and student thinking through both pedagogical and research activities. His main areas of research include philosophy of religion, gender theories, and the philosophical-ideological aspects of the Zoroastrian heritage. As a result of his research in these and related areas, he has authored 5 books and nearly 200 scientific and publicistic articles. I, Sadigov Ramil Ali, was born on November 2, 1983 in Fuzuli region in an intellectual family.  In the 1989-1990 academic year, I went to the first grade of Fuzuli district secondary school No. 3 named after Kh. Natavan. In 1992, due to the war, I moved to Baku and continued my education at Fuzuli District Secondary School No. 46 in Khatai District.   After graduating from high school with honors in the 1999-2000 academic year, I entered the Faculty of Geography of Baku State University in the same year, majoring in "Ecology, environmental protection and efficient use of natural resources." During my studies, along with the "excellent" scholarship, I was provided with a "special scholarship" by the rector, academician A. Maharramov. In the 2003-2004 academic year, I graduated from the University with honors, majoring in "Geographical Ecology" at the same faculty and continued my higher education with a masters degree, and in 2006 I graduated with honors. On January 15, 2007 , I entered the postgraduate-doctoral degree in "Soil Science " of the "Erosion and Irrigation Research Institute" of ANAS . During my 3 years as a graduate student, I worked hard on my dissertation, and after finishing the topic, I submitted it for defense. I am the author of 58 scientific articles and theses. My articles have been published in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, as well as in domestic and foreign literature.  On 15.01.2010-01.01.2011, I served in the military unit "N" of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Gadabay region (sergeant, sanitary instructor). From 02.04.2012 I worked as a leading specialist in the "Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring Department" of the "Institute of Specialization and Professional Development" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and from 31.10.2012 as the head of the same department. From 16.09.2013 I worked as a full-time assistant at the Department of "Hydraulic structures and hydraulics" of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, and from 15.09.2014 as a senior lecturer at the same department. In the 2016-2017 academic year, as a result of scientific reforms carried out within the University, in accordance with my specialty, I passed a competition at the Department of "Ecology" and worked as a full-time head teacher. Since the 2019-2020 academic year, I have been working as an associate professor at the Department of Petrochemical Technology and Industrial Ecology, Faculty of Chemical Technology, Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry. On 01.04.2014, he wrote a dissertation on the topic of “Thesis on the effect of the dissertation on the topic of“ EROSION PROCESSES IN THE MOUNTAINOUS AGRICULTURAL ZONE OF THE NORTH-EAST SLACE OF THE SMALL CAUCASUS IN THE MOUNTAINOUS AGRICULTURAL ZONE I have seen. In order to continue his scientific activity, starting from the 2015-2016 academic year, at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences , Academician G.Sh. Under Mammadovs scientific advice, I am conducting research on the topic of my doctoral dissertation in soil science and ecology.   Author of 78 scientific articles (in domestic and international publications); Supervisor of 32 bachelors and 26 masters; I have participated in various local and international projects. He has been an active employee of the Swedish National Science Center since 2011 and conducted research on fertilizers and pesticides in our country until 2015. We concluded the final meeting with a joint discussion of 8 countries in Tomsk, Russia. Ulviyya Nizami gizi Karimova-Japharova was born on May 20, 1980, in Shamakhi city. She studied at Shamakhi City Secondary School No. 1 from 1986 to 1997. In 2001, she was admitted to the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. In 2005, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in “Oil, Gas, and Alternative Energy Technologies,” and in 2007 she completed her master’s degree in “Processing Technology of Hydrocarbon Gases” with honors. Her master’s thesis was titled “Catalytic Processing of C3–C4 Hydrocarbons Obtained from Oil Refining Processes.” In 2008, she was admitted to the full-time postgraduate program at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes named after Academician Yusif Mammadaliyev of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, specializing in "Oil-Gas-Coal Processing and Technology." Ulviyya Karimova-Japharova began her professional career in April 2008 as a junior researcher at the “Technology of Petrochemical Processes” laboratory at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes (ANAS). Between 2008 and 2017, she progressed from junior researcher to leading researcher. At the same time, she worked as a scientific secretary in the institute’s Scientific Council. She participated as an executor in four grant projects that won competitions organized by the Science Development Foundation under the President of Azerbaijan and SOCAR’s Science Foundation. In 2013–2014, she undertook a one-year scientific and practical internship at the Leibniz Institute for Catalysis at the University of Rostock in Germany, focusing on reaction mechanisms and heterogeneous catalysis, while also conducting research for her dissertation. In 2015, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Study of Hydrogen-Containing Gas Mixture Formation Processes Based on Water, Methane, and CO₂.” In 2016, she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She is the author of 70 scientific works, including 25 scientific articles, more than 40 theses presented at national and international conferences, symposiums, and forums, and 2 patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2021–2022, Ulviyya Karimova-Japharova worked as Deputy Dean of the School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering at Western Caspian University. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Ecology and Environment. She is also actively involved in supervising scientific personnel at the university, and under her supervision, three master’s students have successfully defended their theses. She also chairs scientific councils for master’s defenses at various higher education institutions. Since September 2023, she has been a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Academic activities: Computer engineering Mathematical modeling Educational and professional information: Born in 1966 in the city of Sheki, Azerbaijan. He received his secondary education from 1973 to 1983 at secondary school No. 7 in Sheki. In 1983, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (then called the Azerbaijan Institute of Oil and Chemistry), Faculty of Automation of Production Processes, majoring in “Applied Mathematics”. He served in the military service from 1984 to 1986. In 1990, he graduated from the University with honors and was assigned to the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and was hired as an engineer. In 1990–1994, he studied at the Institutes correspondence postgraduate school, and in 1995, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Modeling of non-isothermal adsorption processes of mylonaft and sulfanol in the porous medium of oil-bearing layers", and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In different years, he worked as a junior research worker, research worker, senior research worker, and leading research worker. Currently, he works as a leading research worker in the "Modeling of Chemical Technological Processes" laboratory of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry. He is an associate professor. He is the author of 73 scientific works, 48 of them are articles (31 abroad), 25 are theses. He has repeatedly participated in the grant project that won the competition of the Science Foundation of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2012, he has been an associate professor of the Department of "Computer Technologies" of the Western Caspian University (first on a substitute contract, now on an hourly basis). At the university, he teaches the following subjects: "Multimedia Technologies", "Computer Graphics and Multimedia", "Circuit Theory", "Specialization Practicum", "Problem-Oriented Programming", "Internet Technologies", "Information Technologies in Tourism", "Economic Informatics", "Mathematical Methods in Psychology", "Mathematical Statistics in Political Science". He is the author of many subject programs.

Aygun Mammadova was born on May 20, 1979, in Baku, Azerbaijan Republic. From 1985 to 1995, she completed her secondary education at Secondary School No. 31 in Yasamal district of Baku. Between 1995 and 2000, she studied at the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Baku Islamic University and earned the specialty of “Islamic scholar–Sharia teacher” (Diploma No. 0405, December 28, 2000). From 1997 to 1998, she worked as a hall attendant at the Azerbaijan Literature Museum named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). From 1999 to 2000, she was a senior laboratory assistant at the “Numismatics” department of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography under ANAS. From 2000 to 2001, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the scientific laboratory of the Baku Music Academy. From 2005 to 2006, she worked as a research associate. Since 2006, she has been working at the Scientific Fund Department of “Numismatics and Epigraphy” at the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan under ANAS, initially as a senior laboratory assistant, then as a junior research associate from 2009, and as a research associate since 2012. Currently, she is a senior research associate in the “Fund Accounting and Scientific Classification” department. In 2007, she was admitted to the graduate program in “Archaeology” at the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan under ANAS. In 2013, under the scientific supervision of Professor Ə.M. Rəcəblı, an honored cultural worker and Doctor of Technical Sciences, she defended her dissertation titled “Coinage and Currency Circulation in Azerbaijan during the Arab Caliphate Period” and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History (PhD No. 09295, January 27, 2015). During her time at the museum, she contributed to the improvement of new museum exhibitions, participated in organizing exhibitions, scientific and cultural events, and presented papers at local and international conferences. She attended numerous symposiums and conferences held in Libya (Tripoli), Jordan (Amman), Japan (Tokyo), Turkey (Istanbul, Kayseri), Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Volgograd, etc.), Tatarstan (Bolgar), Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), and Uzbekistan (Tashkent), with her articles published in conference proceedings. Since 2020, she has been teaching as an hourly-paid instructor at Western Caspian University.

Gunay Hasanova completed her secondary education from 1989 to 2000 at the secondary school in Düz Qırıqlı village, Tovuz district. She earned her bachelors degree from 2000 to 2004 at the Faculty of History, Sumgait State University, and completed her masters degree with honors from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, she pursued doctoral studies at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History in 2014. In 2008, she worked as a research associate at the Azerbaijan Independence Museum. From 2008 to 2019, she served as a senior inspector and department head in the justice authorities. Between 2019 and 2021, she was a chief specialist at the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve, and from 2021 to 2022, she worked as a department head at Western Caspian University. Currently, she continues her career as a lecturer in the Department of History at Western Caspian University. Her dissertation topic was: “Everyday Life Culture of the Azerbaijani People” – an ethnographic study. She is the author of the monograph titled “Traditional Everyday Life Culture of Azerbaijan,” as well as course programs for “Fundamentals of Ethnography,” “History and Historiography of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic,” and “The Role of Museums in the Teaching and Research of History.” Teaching focus:Fundamentals of Ethnography, Ethnography of the Peoples of the Caucasus, Azerbaijani History, History and Historiography of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, The Role of Museums in the Teaching and Research of History.She is the founder and chairperson of the Public Association for Supporting Ethnographic Research.

Gunel Rahimli was born in 1988 in the village of Vanand, Ordubad district, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In 2005, she graduated from School-Lyceum No. 261 in Baku. From 2005 to 2009, she completed her bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of History, Baku State University. Between 2009 and 2012, she continued her graduate studies at the Department of Ancient and Medieval History of Azerbaijan at the same faculty. From 2014 to 2017, she was a doctoral student at Baku State University’s Department of Azerbaijani History, where she wrote her dissertation titled “The Safavid Rule of Ardabil and the Qizilbash Ideology.” On March 17, 2023, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History. Voznesensky Institute of Finance and Economics in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) and received the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.   From 2001 to 2023, he worked as a senior lecturer in the departments of "Banking", "Financial Institutions" and "Theoretical Economics" at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.            From 2023 to present, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of “Operations Management and Marketing” at the Western Caspian University. He teaches classes in Azerbaijani and Russian.                 Aydin Rafiyev has participated and worked in trainings and seminars during his scientific and pedagogical activity:    -Training on financing agriculture within the framework of the Tasis program; - "Human Resources Management" course at the Institute of Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan; - Training on Financial Issues - Program Severen Trend Water, (Great Britain); - Training on “State Regulation of Investment Processes” at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ashraf Abulfaz oglu Hasanov was born on June 16, 1951, in Sabirabad city. He studied at Sabirabad Secondary School named after Sabir from 1958 to 1968. Between 1968 and 1972, he pursued higher education at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Lenin Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute (now ASU). From 1976 to 1978, he completed a two-year advanced training course at the Central Economic-Mathematical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences on the topic “Models for Processing Accounting and Forecast Indicators in Agricultural Sector Using Computers.” Upon the decision of the Scientific Council, he was recommended for full-time doctoral studies (aspirantura). From 1978 to 1981, he studied at the same institute as a full-time postgraduate student and, in 1983, defended his dissertation titled “Mathematical Models of the Optimal Structure of Agro-Industrial Associations in Azerbaijan,” earning the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. Between 1982 and 1990, he worked at the Republican Computing Center of the State Agro-Industrial Committee of the Azerbaijan SSR as a programmer, sector head, department head, and deputy director. From 1990 to 1998, he served as the director of the center. He worked as an economic advisor to the Minister of Agriculture from 1998 to 2003, as a licensed auditor from 2003 to 2005, as assistant to the Minister of Agriculture from 2005 to 2013, and as assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister from 2013 to 2015. Since December 2015, he has been retired. He holds the civil service rank of Chief Advisor. From 1982 to 2013, he gave part-time lectures in subjects such as Accounting, Management Accounting, and Financial Markets at institutions including the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (formerly Oil and Chemistry Academy), UNEC, and Baku Business University. Academic Fields of Interest: Physics, Physical Electronics Academic Degree: PhD in Physics and Mathematics Education and Professional Background: Ilham Salimov was born on November 10, 1956, in the village of Yor-Muganly, Sagarejo District, Georgian SSR. He completed his secondary education between 1963 and 1973 and in the same year was admitted to the Faculty of Physics at Ganja State University. After graduating in 1977, he worked as a secondary school physics teacher until 1983. That year, he joined the Department of "Semiconductors and Dielectrics" at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) as a senior laboratory assistant. In 1987, he was admitted to the full-time PhD program in the same department and completed his studies in 1990. In 1996, he defended his candidate dissertation on the topic “The Influence of Samarium and Dysprosium on Electron Transport Processes in Indium Antimonide” at the Institute of Photoelectronics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, earning the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (equivalent to PhD). In January 2008, he was appointed Senior Lecturer at the Department of Natural and Fundamental Sciences of the Mingachevir Branch of the Azerbaijan Institute of Teachers. In 2009, he became Head of the Department of Natural Sciences, and from July 17, 2012, to August 25, 2015, he served as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the branch. He later held the position of Head of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics at Mingachevir State University and continued his academic and pedagogical activities as an Associate Professor. Since September 2019, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Natural Sciences at Western Caspian University. From 2020 to July 2022, he served as the Head of the Department of Mathematics and Physics. He is currently a faculty member at the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics. He is the author of 44 scientific articles, 2 textbooks, and 2 methodological manuals.

   Akhundov Piri Farhad oglu was born on October 6, 1979 in Salyan district. In 1986-1997, he studied at the secondary school No. 1 of the village of Khalaj in Salyan district. In 1997-2001, he continued his education at the Faculty of History of Ganja State University. In 2001-2002, he served in the military. In 2007-2009, he received a masters degree from Nakhchivan State University. In 2010-2015, he worked as a teacher, senior teacher, deputy dean, and assistant rector at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. During his work at the department, he chaired the student scientific association called "New Generation". In 2012-2016, he was a dissertation candidate at the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy. In 2016-2019, he received a second higher education in management at the Azerbaijan University of Technology. In 2015-2021, he worked as the Head of the Education Department at the Azerbaijan University of Technology. At the same time, he was a substitute associate professor at the Department of Social Sciences and Multiculturalism with a 0.5 staff unit. Since 2021, he has been the head of the Center for Organization and Management of Education at the Western Caspian University. At the same time, he is a substitute associate professor with a 0.5 staff unit as a philosophy teacher. He was a participant in the “3TP: Senior Leaders Programme 2019” project at the Ahmedabad Management University in India. From November 03 to December 01, 2018, he participated in training based on the “Introduction to Multiculturalism” and “Azerbaijani Multiculturalism” educational programs. He is the author and co-author of about 20 scientific articles, one textbook for two subject programs. He has participated in various international conferences. In 2018, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Comprehensive study of the desertification process in the landscapes of the Kura Basin and measures to combat it." In 2011-2013, he worked as a part-time teacher at the "General Geography" department of the Faculty of Geography of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. From 2012 to 2023, he worked as an hourly teacher at the "Physical Geography" department of the Faculty of Geography of Baku State University. From September 2022 to the present, he has been working as a lecturer at the "Ecology and Environment" department of the Western Caspian University School of High Technologies and Innovative Engineering. Aysu Farid gizi Aliyeva was born on July 17, 2000, in Baku, Azerbaijan. From an early age, her painting and drawing works were exhibited under the name of School No. 8. On December 18, 2015, she participated in the painting competition titled "A World Full of Mercy," dedicated to International Migrants Day. In 2016, she was awarded 1st place in the British Councils competition "Artistic Reading of Poetry and Prose in English." She also received a diploma for winning 1st place in a school-level Mathematics competition. From 2017 to 2021, she pursued her Bachelors degree in Industrial Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, graduating with distinction. Between 2021 and 2023, she completed her Masters degree in Industrial and Graphic Design at the same institution, also graduating with honors. Her notable achievements include: Participation in the "Voice of Karabakh" young artists exhibition in 2018 with her work "Defender," for which she received a distinction diploma. Selection into the SABAH groups in 2018 and completion with honors in 2021. Presentation of her artwork "Mother" at an exhibition in Germany in 2019, dedicated to the Khojaly Genocide. Aynur Axundlu was born on May 8, 1999, in Baku, Azerbaijan. She received her Bachelors degree in Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2020, and in 2022, she earned a Masters degree in Innovation and Project Management from Western Caspian University. Her professional career began in March 2020 at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Technical and Technological Disciplines, where she initially served as a Personnel Inspector. In July of the same year, she was appointed as the Chief Specialist in the Department of Human Resources and Student Affairs at the same institution. Since September 2022, she has been working as a lecturer at Western Caspian University, first within the Department of Management, and later in the Department of Marketing and Management. As of September 2024, she is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University. She is the author of eight academic course programs and has published numerous articles in both local and international scientific journals. Aynur Akhundlu holds national and international certificates in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Classroom Management, and other relevant fields. Currently, she delivers lectures at Western Caspian University on a range of contemporary subjects such as Ethics in Public Administration, Civil Service, Project Management, Creative and Innovation Management, Managerial Ethics, Anti-Crisis Management, Public Relations in Municipal Bodies, and Human Resource Management, using innovative and interactive teaching methods. Her research interests focus on the adaptation of globally recognized practices not yet implemented in Azerbaijan, particularly in the development of competitive human capital in the service sector.

Aynura Pashayeva graduated with honors from the Faculty of Biology of Baku State University in 2013 and her masters degree in "Genetics" in 2015. In 2022, Aynura Pashayeva defended her dissertation on "Light-induced proteome and metabolome changes in cereal plants" at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS to receive a phd in "Molecular Biology". After receiving her phd in Biology, Aynura Pashayeva worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Molecular Biology of Pusan ​​National University, Republic of Korea. Her research is devoted to the study of short- and long-term molecular adaptations of photosynthetic organisms to environmental changes. Since 2024, Aynura Pashayeva has been working as the Head of the International Proteomics Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Her research focuses on studying the mechanisms of adaptation of photosynthetic organisms to various stress factors at the proteome and metabolome levels, as well as developing new strategies to increase stress resistance. For her achievements in scientific activity, Aynura Pashayeva was awarded the Honorary Order of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) "For Distinction in Scientific Activity" in 2017. She is also a member of the International Society for Photosynthesis Research (ISPR) and the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB). She has presented papers at conferences held in countries such as Japan, Korea, Pakistan, and Tajikistan. In addition, she works as a reviewer for a number of local and international journals.

I, Billurə Babayeva, was born in 1991 in the city of Zaqatala. In 2008, I graduated from the school I attended and was admitted to the Faculty of Psychology at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. I graduated from this university in 2012. I began working during my third year of studies. While I was in my fourth year, I worked as a psychologist at the Republican Childrens Library named after Firidun bey Kocharli. There, I provided guidance to parents who came to borrow books, informing them about age-appropriate books that would spark their childrens interest in reading and be beneficial for their development. I also engaged in discussions with children about the books they had read, contributing to the development of their critical thinking skills. Later, I worked for six years as a psychologist at Secondary School No. 3 in the Aliabad settlement of Zaqatala. Alongside my school duties, I conducted individual sessions and group therapies with both adolescents and adults. With the goal of deepening my professional knowledge, I moved to Baku and studied Clinical Psychology at Western Caspian University from 2021 to 2023. I am currently continuing my career as a lecturer at the same university. During my clinical psychology studies, I also worked as a psychologist at Zangilan School No. 3. In 2015, I completed a ten-day internship with a psychiatrist, and in 2022, I underwent another three-month internship in the same field. That same year, I also conducted consultations for four months at a narcological dispensary, working with individuals suffering from substance addiction. I have worked as a psychologist in various psychological centers. Since 2019, I have been conducting online psychological sessions, which I continue to offer alongside in-person sessions. In addition to psychological therapy, I also conduct ThetaHealing sessions. Two of my articles have been published.

In the same year, she was admitted to the masters program in Social Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Baku State University, graduating with honors in 2014. That same year, she began working as an hourly-paid instructor in the Department of Social Psychology at the same university. She worked there from 2012 to 2015 and subsequently continued her career in various private and public institutions. Between 2015 and 2019, she served as a Human Resources Manager at Vealaser Clinic. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a specialist in the Administrative Department of the Military Publishing House under the Ministry of Defense. Between 2021 and 2023, she held the position of Specialist in the Human Resources Department at the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. Additionally, since 2021, she has served as an Evaluating Expert for the “Yüksəliş Competition” project organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Since 2023, she has been employed as a full-time lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Social Work at Western Caspian University. Fields of Academic Activity: Technical Sciences Education and Professional Background: Elnarə Firdus was born on March 27, 1969, in Baku city. She completed her secondary education at School No. 52 from 1976 to 1986. In 1986, she enrolled at Azerbaijan Technical University and graduated in 1991 with honors in the specialty of “Machine-Building Technology.” After graduation, she was appointed as a research intern at the Department of Automated Design Systems. Since 2012, she has served as an academic advisor at the Faculty of “Special Equipment and Technology,” established to train personnel for the Defense Industry Complex of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2014, she completed training courses organized by Azerbaijan State University on the “Fundamentals of organizing education according to the Bologna Process and credit system, and management of the educational process” aligned with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, successfully earning a certificate of distinction. Since 2015, she has been teaching technical subjects (“Theoretical Mechanics,” “Strength of Materials,” “Metrology, Standardization and Certification,” “Theory of Machines and Mechanisms,” and “Machine-Building Technology”) at the Academy of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan. He has worked as a lecturer at several universities (Lankaran State University, Khazar University, Academy of the State Customs Committee, Azerbaijan University, Western University, UNEC). His main scientific interests include political economy, behavioral economics (economic psychology), institutional economics, political, philosophical, and ethical (moral) problems of international economics. He was an expert on “economic analysis and anti-corruption” at the Small and Medium Business Development Center (SMED) of the Ministry of Economy. He currently works as a scientific researcher at several universities and at the ESRI of the Ministry of Economy. Since 2017, he has worked as a professional trainer on economic, philosophical and psychological topics in various government and non-governmental organizations. Narmina Rufat Abdullayeva was born on April 27, 1980 in Baku. From 1987 to 1997, she received secondary education at school No. 248. In 2002, she graduated from the “Chemical Technologies” Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University with a bachelors degree, and in 2004, she graduated from the masters degree. She continued her research in the scientific field at the Y.H. Mammadaliyevs Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. Having successfully defended her PhD dissertation in 2010 on the topic “Synthesis of fuel components and additives based on natural organic acids, study of their antistatic properties”, she received the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Technical Sciences in the specialty 1-18-03 – “Chemistry and Technology of Fuel”. In 2016, she was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor. In 2021, she defended his dissertation titled “Development of preservation fluids based on phenol-formaldehyde resins modified with imidazoline fragment amines” and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Sciences in 2022 in the specialty 4-00-13-Petroleum Chemistry. She has repeatedly delivered reports at international and republican scientific conferences, and was the winner of the 3rd Young Scientists Grant Competition announced by the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In connection with the 70th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, she was awarded the “Honorary Decree” of the Department of Chemical Sciences of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, taking into account her long-term productive scientific and scientific-social activities. The results of her scientific research are reflected in 46 scientific articles, 57 theses and 1 certificate of authorship. She is married and has one child.

Ulkar Rauf Gadiyeva graduated from Secondary School No. 56 in the Khatai district in 2007. In 2011, she completed her bachelors degree in “Land Reclamation, Recultivation and Soil Protection” at the Faculty of Ecology and Natural Resource Use of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. In 2013, she obtained her masters degree in Ecology at the Faculty of Ecology and Soil Science of Baku State University. She began her professional career in 2014 at the Institute of Genetic Resources of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, in the department of Ecobotany and Systematics. Later, she worked as a research scientist in the Laboratory of Irrigated Land Reclamation and Ecology of the Institute of Erosion and Irrigation, as well as in the Laboratory of Agrochemical Soil Research and Mass Analysis of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry. Since 2014, she has served as the Director of the Center for Ecological Initiatives, a Non-Governmental Organization. In 2017, she was admitted to the doctoral program in Soil Science at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. Based on her ongoing dissertation research, she has published articles in both local and international journals. Throughout her education and career, as a young scientific researcher, she has participated in numerous scientific conferences, trainings, and projects, and has completed training courses in accordance with the ISO 14001:2004 Standard. In 2020, she attended English language courses at Sutton College (ESOL) in London, UK, and obtained relevant certificates. She is currently a lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Environment of Western Caspian University.

I was born in Baku. I received my primary education at Secondary School No. 115 in the Binagadi district. From 2009 to 2013, I completed my bachelors degree in “Foreign Language Teaching” (English language) at Azerbaijan University of Languages. In 2013, I was admitted to the masters program in “Foreign Language Teaching” (English language) at Odlar Yurdu University and graduated in 2015. Since 2019, I have been a doctoral student in “Applied Linguistics” at the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). During my academic journey, I have participated in various local and international internship programs. After graduating from university, I worked as a Marker Teacher at the State Examination Center, an English language teacher at Baku Engineering University, a specialist at the International Relations Department of Khazar University, and as a university representative at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Migration Service. I coordinated the registration and other migration-related processes of foreign citizens within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan on behalf of Khazar University. I was awarded a Letter of Appreciation by the Ministry of Science and Education for Khazar Universitys achievements in the national ranking of higher education institutions based on the indicator of international student mobility in Azerbaijan, within the framework of the International Education Forum organized by the Ministry. I have participated in network meetings organized by the Ministry of Science and Education involving higher education institutions in Baku, focused on international relations and work with foreign students. On May 1–2, 2024, I took part in the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue titled "Dialogue for Peace and Global Security: Cooperation and Interconnectivity.” My articles have been published in journals such as "Issues of Philology," "Issues of Terminology," and "Scientific Works of Young Researchers." I hold both IELTS and Teacher Trainer certificates. I have participated in International English Language Teaching Conferences organized by the British Council and the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan. I have also attended webinars and seminars related to my research field hosted on the Scopus Author Profile platform.

Abdullayeva Ulya Rövşən qızı 20 fevral 1990-cı ildə Gürcüstanda anadan olmuşdur.   2005-2009-cu illərdə Azərbaycan Dövlət Rəssamlıq Akademiyasının “Sənətşünaslıq” fakültəsinin “Təsviri incəsənət tarixi və nəzəriyyəsi” ixtisasını bakalavr səviyyəsi üzrə, 2011-2014-cü illərdə isə həmin ixtisasın magistratura səviyyəsini fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir. 2024-cü ildə sənətşünaslıq üzrə Fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsini almışdır.   2009-cu ildə Azərbaycan Dövlət Rəssamlıq Akademiyasının “Təsviri sənət”  fakültəsinin “Heykəltəraşlıq” kafedrasında laborant vəzifəsində işə başlamışdır. 2012-2019-cu illər ərzində həmin kafedrada baş laborant vəzifəsində çalışmışdır. 2017-ci ildən başlayaraq Azərbaycan Dövlət Rəssamlıq Akademiyasının “Sənətşünaslıq” fakültəsinin “İncəsənət tarixi” kafedrasında əvvəlcə saathesabı, 2019-2023 – cü illər ərzində isə 0,5 ştat  müəllim vəzifəsində çalışıb. 2021-2022-ci tədris ili ərzində Azərbaycan Dövlət Rəssamlıq Akademiyasının “Sənətşünaslıq” fakültəsinin Fakültə Elmi Şurasının elmi katibi vəzifəsində çalışmışdır. 2023-2024 – cü tədris ili ərzində Azərbaycan  Dövlət  Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetinin “Rəssamlıq” fakültəsinin “Təsviri sənət tarixi və nəzəriyyəsi” kafedrasında tam ştat  müəllim vəzifəsində çalışıb. 2023-2024-cü tədris ilinin payız semestri üzrə  Azərbaycan  Dövlət  Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetinin “Rəssamlıq” fakültəsinin Yekun Dövlət Attestasiyası Buraxılış işinin müdafiəsinin elmi katibi vəzifəsində çalışmışdır. 17 noyabr 2023-cü il tarixində Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetinin 100 illiyi münasibətilə Milli Kitabxanada “Azərbaycan sənətşünaslığı Şərq-Qərb dialoqu kontekstində” adlı beynəlxalq elmi-praktik konfransının “Təsviri sənət” bölməsi üzrə moderator kimi çıxış etmişdir.   2013-cü ildən başlayaraq müxtəlif elmi-mətbuat orqanlarında bir çox məqalələr və tezislərlə çıxış etmişdir, yerli və beynəlxalq konfranslarda iştirak etmişdir.   2013-cü ildən başlayaraq müxtəlif yerli sərgilərin iştirakçısıdır. 2015-ci ildə “Tolerant Azərbaycan gənci” layihəsinin iştirakçısı olaraq “Ruh birliyi” adlı rəngkarlıq əsəri YUNESKO-nun muzey ekspozisiyasına daxil edilməsi məqsədilə 26 oktyabr 2015-ci il tarixində Paris şəhərində YUNESKO-nun Baş Qərargahında keçirilən 9-cu YUNESKO Gənclər Forumunda təşkilatın baş direktoru xanım İrina Bokovaya təqdim edilmişdir. 2016-cı ildə keçirilən “Almaniya bir rəssamın gözü ilə” adlı sərgi-müsabiqəsində 3-cü yerə layiq görülmüşdür. 2016-ci ildə keçirilən FVTVRİSMO ORA sərgisində iştirak etmişdir. 2017-ci ildən Azərbaycan Rəssamlar İttifaqının Gənclər Bölməsinin üzvüdür.   Hal-hazırda Qərbi Kaspi Universitetinin “Dizayn məktəbi” fakültəsində tam ştat müəllim vəzifəsində çalışır.

Ali təhsilini Azərbaycan Memarlıq və İnşaat Universitetində almış, Memarlıq ixtisası üzrə bakalavr, Şəhərsalma ixtisası üzrə isə magistr dərəcəsi əldə etmişdir. Təhsil dövründə universitetin RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Part 1 akkreditasiyası prosesində iştirak etmiş, təqdim etdiyi layihələr beynəlxalq standartlara uyğun qiymətləndirilmişdir. 2020-ci ildən etibarən memarlıq və dizayn sahəsində peşəkar fəaliyyət göstərir. Müxtəlif memarlıq və dizayn layihələrinin hazırlanması və idarə olunması sahəsində təcrübəyə malikdir. Hazırda müəllim, memar və dizayn layihələri üzrə layihə rəhbəri kimi fəaliyyətini davam etdirir. Hal-hazırda Dizayn Məktəbində “Mühit dizaynı” və “Kompozisiya” fənlərini tədris edir. Tədris prosesində real iş mühitinin modelləşdirilməsinə, məkanın funksional və estetik həllinə, həmçinin tələbələrin müstəqil peşəkar kommunikasiya bacarıqlarının inkişafına xüsusi önəm verir. Rəsm və incəsənət yönümlü fəaliyyətlərə, eləcə də yaradıcı sahibkarlığa maraq göstərir. Elmi fəaliyyətlə məşğul olur və hazırda nəşr üçün elmi məqalələr üzərində çalışır.

From 1992 to 2014, I worked as an English teacher at the Department of Languages ​​at Baku State University. In 2011-2014, I worked as the Executive Director of the Regional Information Science Reference Centre of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), the Executive Director for International Relations at the Department of International Science and Education Integration at Baku State University, and the Executive Assistant for the Tempus, Erasmus and FP7 Programs of the European Union. From 2014 to 2023, I worked as a Native Speaker at the Kushadasi branch of Bahcesehir College, Republic of Turkey.
