Elnara Adil Qazı-zadah graduated from the Faculty of History at Baku State University. She obtained her degree in History, with a specialization in History and Social Sciences Education. He has held various positions at the State Committee for Foreign Tourism under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 1979, including advisor, senior advisor, director, and head of department. Since 2007, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Western Caspian University, where she has held various positions including Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Head of Department, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, and Dean of the Faculty of "Teaching in English and Russian". She has also participated in numerous international and national conferences and is the author of two articles published in Scopus-indexed journals.
She has developed and edited undergraduate programs such as Foreign Policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, International Organizations, International Non-Governmental Organizations, Modern Integration Processes, and more.
