Admission Announcement for Doctoral Studies at Western Caspian University.
Applications are now open for admission to the doctoral (PhD) level programmes at Western Caspian University. The University is offering PhD programmes in the following fields: Ecology (by scientific fields), Forestry, Forest Management and Forest Inventory, Systems Analysis, Management and Information Processing, Information Protection Methods and Systems / Information Security, Internal Fiscal Policy and Public Finance, Sectoral Economics, Azerbaijani Language, Germanic Languages, World Literature (English, German, French), International Relations, Technical Aesthetics and Design.
Admissions will be conducted on both state-funded and fee-based bases, in full-time and part-time study modes.
