A training titled “Training in Economics and IT-Oriented Specialties: Career Planning and Professional Success” was held at Western Caspian University.

The training was organized within the framework of Global Money Week 2026 and was dedicated to highlighting the importance of financial literacy in achieving successful career development.

During the event, Khumar Huseynova, Head of the Education and Development Division of the Human Capital Department, delivered a presentation on the topic “The Impact of Financial Literacy on Career Success.” In addition, Ilhama Rustamli, Head of the Business Partnership Division of the Human Capital Department, spoke about “Career Planning and Career Opportunities at Access Bank.”

Throughout the training session, participants discussed in detail issues related to the effective management of personal budgets, making well-informed financial decisions, and the role of financial discipline in ensuring long-term professional success.

Furthermore, comprehensive information was provided to the participants regarding career opportunities at Access Bank, the recruitment process, and prospects for professional development.
