Associate Professor from Istanbul Kültür University to Deliver a Special Course on “Organizational Behavior” at Western Caspian University.
A special course on “Organizational Behavior” will be organized for students at the School of Business and Management of Western Caspian University, to be delivered by Associate Professor Gökhan Kırbaç of Istanbul Kültür University.
As part of the special course, students will be introduced to contemporary theoretical and practical approaches to key aspects of human behavior in organizations, the work environment, teamwork, leadership, motivation, and behavioral factors influencing organizational processes.
The course will provide an important opportunity for students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge in the fields of business and management, develop practical skills, and benefit from international academic expertise.
