Teaching
20 modules have intended learning outcomes directly relating to this goal, and 1200 students have the opportunity to choose these modules.
What we are doing
Western Caspian University follows the regulations of the Azerbaijan government regarding the minimum wage. We do our best to create n environment where our staff enjoy their work and all their labor rights are well respected. Moreover, through the internal policy of university compliance with national legislation, we ensure that there is no kind of discrimination (religion, gender age) happening in the workplace, we have eliminated any gender pay gap. Any staff member (including top administration) who does not cooperate with the non-discrimination policy will be punished in accordance with the level of violation.
The Research and Coordination Center and Techno park of the university aims to support bachelor, master and doctorate students as well as the faculty and research staff of the university in their academic and scientific activities.
Service directions:
- Informative and organizational support.
- Informative support activities include trainings and workshops on scientific work strategies and standards,
- Consulate students from master and doctorate degrees,
- Provide information about international scientific conferences and the university scientific journal as well as international scientific publications,
The Centre for the Practice and Development of Students and Alumni ensures the improvement of the professional training of undergraduates and masters, the improvement of their specialties, knowledge and skills, as well as the implementation of various other supportive activities, assisting students and graduates in their development and employment life.
