Arzu Vagif qizi Gadizada was born on November 20, 1998, in Port-Ilich, Lankaran region. She completed her secondary education from 2005 to 2016 at Secondary School No. 236 in Baku. She earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of Baku State University from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, she pursued her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Baku State University.
Between 2018 and 2022, she gained professional experience at Psychiatric Hospital No. 1, the Mental Health Center, and Soul Psychology Center. From 2022 to 2023, she worked at the Republican Clinical Hospital. In 2023–2024, she served at Baku State University, and since 2024, she has been a full-time lecturer at Western Caspian University.
