Aynur Axundlu was born on May 8, 1999, in Baku, Azerbaijan. She received her Bachelors degree in Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2020, and in 2022, she earned a Masters degree in Innovation and Project Management from Western Caspian University.
Her professional career began in March 2020 at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Technical and Technological Disciplines, where she initially served as a Personnel Inspector. In July of the same year, she was appointed as the Chief Specialist in the Department of Human Resources and Student Affairs at the same institution.
Since September 2022, she has been working as a lecturer at Western Caspian University, first within the Department of Management, and later in the Department of Marketing and Management. As of September 2024, she is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University.
She is the author of eight academic course programs and has published numerous articles in both local and international scientific journals. Aynur Akhundlu holds national and international certificates in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Classroom Management, and other relevant fields.
Currently, she delivers lectures at Western Caspian University on a range of contemporary subjects such as Ethics in Public Administration, Civil Service, Project Management, Creative and Innovation Management, Managerial Ethics, Anti-Crisis Management, Public Relations in Municipal Bodies, and Human Resource Management, using innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Her research interests focus on the adaptation of globally recognized practices not yet implemented in Azerbaijan, particularly in the development of competitive human capital in the service sector.
