Ayten Heydarli graduated from the Information Technologies Department of the College of Construction under the Architecture and Construction University in 2015. In 2022, he graduated from the Political Science Department of the Western Caspian University. In 2022, he entered the masters program at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and graduated from the university with honors in 2024. He has been working at the Western Caspian University since 2018. He is currently a teacher at the Department of "Political Science and International Relations" at the Western Caspian University.

He has 5 scientific works consisting of articles and theses.
