Education and Professional Background:
Elnarə Firdus was born on March 27, 1969, in Baku city. She completed her secondary education at School No. 52 from 1976 to 1986.
In 1986, she enrolled at Azerbaijan Technical University and graduated in 1991 with honors in the specialty of “Machine-Building Technology.” After graduation, she was appointed as a research intern at the Department of Automated Design Systems.
Since 2012, she has served as an academic advisor at the Faculty of “Special Equipment and Technology,” established to train personnel for the Defense Industry Complex of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2014, she completed training courses organized by Azerbaijan State University on the “Fundamentals of organizing education according to the Bologna Process and credit system, and management of the educational process” aligned with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, successfully earning a certificate of distinction.
Since 2015, she has been teaching technical subjects (“Theoretical Mechanics,” “Strength of Materials,” “Metrology, Standardization and Certification,” “Theory of Machines and Mechanisms,” and “Machine-Building Technology”) at the Academy of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan.
In 2020, she successfully passed certification organized by Azerbaijan University of Economics on the “Fundamentals of organizing education according to the Bologna Process and credit system, and management of the educational process,” in line with the Ministry of Educations regulations.
Since 2021, she has been working as a lecturer at the “Mechanics and Mathematics” Department of Western Caspian University.
She participated in scientific research work titled “Investigation of the Technological Process of Manufacturing Durable Precision Parts,” which was approved by the Scientific Council of the “Machine-Building Technology” Faculty on November 30, 2015.
For achieving outstanding results during her professional duties, she was awarded an honorary diploma by the Academy of the State Border Service in 2016.
At the Academy of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, she authored a methodological textbook on “Theoretical Mechanics, Statics” in 2019, published 10 articles, and developed curricula for these subjects.
