Hicran Shakir gizi Rzazade was born on July 18, 1990, in Govushuq village, Lachin city. From 2008 to 2012, she studied at the Faculty of Chemistry of Baku State University, earning a bachelors degree. Between 2014 and 2018, she completed her masters degree in "Tourism Management" at Akdeniz University in the Republic of Turkey. Her thesis topic was: “An Analysis of Excellence in the Context of EFQM Excellence Model Criteria at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University.”
In 2020, she was admitted to the Ph.D. program in "Tourism Management" at Süleyman Demirel University, where she is currently continuing her studies.
She currently works as a full-time lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Sectoral Economics of Western Caspian University.
