Jalə Elman qizi Qəniyeva was born in 1984 in Baku. From 1991 to 2001, she received her secondary education at Secondary School No. 283 in the Binagadi district. Between 2001 and 2005, she studied at Baku Slavic University, Faculty of Philology (Azerbaijani Language and Literature). From 2009 to 2011, she pursued her masters degree at the same university. In 2014, she entered the doctoral program at Baku Slavic University. Since 2017, she has been working as a lecturer at Western Caspian University.
