Leyla Agajavad gizi Javadova was born on April 29, 1972, in Baku. In 1989, she graduated from Secondary School No. 13 in Baku and was admitted to the Faculty of Chemistry at Baku State University in the same year. In 1994, she graduated with a degree in chemistry.
She began her professional career in 1994. In 1999, she was admitted to the full-time postgraduate program at Baku State University and continued her scientific research. In 2007, by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences.
Currently, she works as a lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Studies at Western Caspian University.
