Bagirova Nigar Sadiq gizi was born on June 5, 1984 in Guba. She studied at secondary school No. 3 in 1990-2001. In 2001, she entered the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, gaining 602 points. In 2001-2005, she received a bachelors degree in the Faculty of Administrative Management. In 2006-2008, she continued her masters degree in English at the Western Caspian University. She is currently a doctoral student at the Western Caspian University and works as a teacher at the university.
