Akhundov Piri Farhad oglu was born on October 6, 1979 in Salyan district. In 1986-1997, he studied at the secondary school No. 1 of the village of Khalaj in Salyan district. In 1997-2001, he continued his education at the Faculty of History of Ganja State University. In 2001-2002, he served in the military. In 2007-2009, he received a masters degree from Nakhchivan State University. In 2010-2015, he worked as a teacher, senior teacher, deputy dean, and assistant rector at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. During his work at the department, he chaired the student scientific association called "New Generation". In 2012-2016, he was a dissertation candidate at the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy. In 2016-2019, he received a second higher education in management at the Azerbaijan University of Technology. In 2015-2021, he worked as the Head of the Education Department at the Azerbaijan University of Technology. At the same time, he was a substitute associate professor at the Department of Social Sciences and Multiculturalism with a 0.5 staff unit. Since 2021, he has been the head of the Center for Organization and Management of Education at the Western Caspian University. At the same time, he is a substitute associate professor with a 0.5 staff unit as a philosophy teacher. He was a participant in the “3TP: Senior Leaders Programme 2019” project at the Ahmedabad Management University in India. From November 03 to December 01, 2018, he participated in training based on the “Introduction to Multiculturalism” and “Azerbaijani Multiculturalism” educational programs. He is the author and co-author of about 20 scientific articles, one textbook for two subject programs. He has participated in various international conferences. He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party. He is married and has two children.
