Education and Professional Background:
Sanan Habibov was born on May 1, 1951, in the village of Talabi, Quba District, Azerbaijan. He completed his secondary education between 1958 and 1968.
In 1968, he was admitted to the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Azerbaijan State University. He graduated in 1973 with a degree in Mechanics. Starting from August 1, 1973, he began his professional career as a research scientist at the Nasreddin Tusi Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, where he worked until 2007.
In 1987, he defended his PhD dissertation at the Peoples Friendship University of Russia (named after Patrice Lumumba) in Moscow and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (equivalent to PhD).
Since 2013, he has been serving as a lecturer at Western Caspian University.
He is the author of more than 10 scientific articles published in international peer-reviewed journals.
