Bashirov Shaban was born on July 2, 1954, in the village of Takla, Masalli district. In 1971, he was admitted to the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at the S.M. Kirov Azerbaijan State University, which was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor. He graduated in 1976 with a degree in Mathematics and Mathematics Teaching. In 1992, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Determination of optimal values of parameters of technological processes in variable-structure finite systems” and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. From 1980 to 1995, he worked as a software engineer and research associate at the “Neftgazavtomat” Scientific-Production Enterprise. From 2018 to 2021, he served as a lecturer at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2021, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics at Western Caspian University.
