She was born on July 28, 1963. She obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Baku State University. After graduation, she worked as a teacher at Secondary School No. 4 in the Sabirabad District, Baku Humanities College, and the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. She is the author of 26 scientific articles and theses.
She defended her candidate dissertation at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Physics.
Since 2024, she has been working as a part-time lecturer at Western Caspian University.
