Toğrul Şakir oğlu Hacılı
- Born on January 23, 1996, in Fuzuli district.
- Received secondary education from 2002 to 2013 at School-Lyceum No. 264 in Khatai district, Baku city.
- Studied Bachelors degree in Computer Science at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, Baku State University from 2013 to 2017.
- Continued his Masters degree at the same faculty from 2017 to 2019.
- Masters thesis title: “Development of a program for detecting leakage points and calculating the quantity of leaking fluid in oil and gas pipelines.”
- In 2017, he ranked first in the republic in the second round of Masters admission for the “14th” (Informatics) specialty program.
- Worked as a lecturer at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, Baku State University from 2019 to 2022.
- Worked as an Informatics teacher at Idrak Lyceum during 2019-2020.
- Since 2021, he has been working as a lecturer at the Programming and Information Security Department of Western Caspian University.
