In 1991, Vusal Abdullayev enrolled in the Faculty of History and Philology at Nakhchivan State University, specializing in History, and graduated in 1996. Beginning in 1997, he started his pedagogical career at the Department of Philosophy and Humanities of Nakhchivan State University. In 2011, he defended his dissertation on the topic “The Democratization of Society and the Unity of Intellectuals Socio-Political Activity” at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and was awarded the degree of PhD in Sociology. From 2003 to 2018, he worked as a senior researcher and head of department at the Scientific Research and Training Center on Labor and Social Problems under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2019, he has been serving as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Law at Western Caspian University. Vusal Abdullayev has presented scientific papers at various international and national conferences. He is the author of fourteen curricula and sixteen scientific articles and theses.
