Western Caspian University

A special course on the "Human Resources" program will be held for students at Western Caspian University. The aim of the course is to increase students' theoretical knowledge in this field, familiarize them with modern approaches, and strengthen their preparation for future professional activities. The training will be conducted by Gulnora Maratovna Bekimbetova. She is a professor at Tashkent State University of Economics, who has extensive international experience in the field of human resources. Professor Bekimbetova will share useful knowledge and examples with students on topics such as human resources planning, recruitment processes, motivation, and performance assessment. The course is open to students studying in various specialties of the university. Participants will receive a relevant certificate at the end of the course.
