Hikmat Hasanov is a specialist with over 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, communication, and fundraising. He stands out for his successful work in implementing strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder relations. With strong leadership skills, he has contributed to growth and innovation by effectively managing dynamic teams.
From 2015 to 2019, he earned his Bachelors degree in Tourism and Hospitality from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems in Austria. Between 2019 and 2021, he completed his Masters degree in Tourism Management at Budapest Business School in Hungary. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Management at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University.
He has previously worked in various expert and leadership roles in local and international organizations focused on business development and fundraising. His academic and professional interests include educational diplomacy, international relations, digital skills development, and the role of emotional intelligence in academic environments.
He is currently a lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Sectoral Economics at Western Caspian University.
