Najafova Inci Sadraddin qizi was born on August 31, 1980, in Arbatan village, Sharur district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1999, she was admitted to Nakhchivan State University, majoring in Teaching Azerbaijani Language and Literature.
In 2013, she was admitted to the Masters program in Azerbaijani Literature at Qafqaz University.
In 2015 (Qafqaz University), she was admitted to the PhD (Doctoral) program at Baku Engineering University.
