In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of BSU with a bachelors degree in psychology, and in 1999, he graduated with distinction from the masters degree. In 2004, he defended his candidates thesis on the topic "Psychological analysis of the process of self-awareness in adolescents". Since 2000, he has been working as a research assistant in the "Experimental Psychology" scientific research laboratory of BSU, and since 2008 as a senior research assistant.
He is working on scientific research on the topic of education and personality, self-awareness and self-realization of personality. He has participated in various international scientific and practical conferences. He is the author of 3 books and 53 scientific articles. From 2006 to the present, he is the scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council on Psychological Sciences. In 1993-1997, he received a bachelors degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of BSU, and in 1997-1999, he received a masters degree in psychology from the same faculty. 2004, psych.e.n "Psychological analysis of the process of self-awareness in adolescents". 2000, Researcher,
