Heydarov Vusal Sadreddin oglu was born on March 26, 1987, in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 2004, he graduated from Zengi Lyceum and the same year was admitted to the Faculty of Economics and Management at Qafqaz University, majoring in “Banking” in the part-time study format. Upon completing his bachelor’s degree in 2011, he pursued graduate studies and obtained his MBA in 2016 from Azerbaijan University in the specialty of “Accounting and Auditing” (instruction in English).
In 2019, he was admitted to the doctoral program at Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, specializing in “Organization and Management of Enterprises” (specialty code 5311.01).
Between 2007 and 2021, he worked at “Xalq Bank” OJSC as a Senior Specialist in Physical Security. Since 2021, he has held teaching positions at Azerbaijan University and Baku Eurasian University. Currently, he serves as a Senior Lecturer at Baku Eurasian University and also teaches at the SABAH Center of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and Western Caspian University, where instruction is delivered in English.
He is currently continuing his doctoral studies. He has authored 8 theses and published 7 scientific papers in national journals and 2 in internationally indexed and abstracted academic journals.
