The Masters program in Business Organization and Management (with a specialization in Tourism and Hospitality Management) – MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management – provides instruction in core subjects such as accounting, marketing, and economics, alongside specialized courses related to tourism and hospitality. Subjects like hospitality management, tourism management, food and beverage control, marketing, and service operations management cover various aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry in depth.

This MBA program aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for advancing initiatives in the tourism sector and managing hospitality businesses. Within the program, students will develop leadership qualities, acquire systematic knowledge, practical skills, and business management habits, and enhance their professionalism. The program fosters the exploration of current business information, analytical thinking and decision-making abilities, as well as the development of business ethics, presentation skills, time management, and entrepreneurial mindset.

To graduate, students are required to either defend a masters thesis or submit a final project report.
